Crayfish Fried Rice Recipe
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1/2 cup of roasted crayfish (whole or ground)
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1/4 cup of diced onions
- 1 tablespoon of ground chili pepper
- Salt and seasoning cubes to taste
- Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onions until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice, roasted crayfish, chili pepper, salt, and seasoning cubes. Stir until well combined.
- Let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot as a standalone dish or with grilled meat or fish.
