Crayfish Fried Rice Recipe

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup of roasted crayfish (whole or ground)
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon of ground chili pepper
  • Salt and seasoning cubes to taste
  • Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onions until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice, roasted crayfish, chili pepper, salt, and seasoning cubes. Stir until well combined.
  • Let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot as a standalone dish or with grilled meat or fish.
